Training
All IRIS Technologies products are designed to be easy to use and easy to learn.
We support our products with printed and online documentation, and our technical
support staff can help new users get started.
For this reason, most of our customers have no need for any formal training.
However, some of our customers prefer to go through a training program for their
IRIS products, and we can do this.
Training at Our Office
The most economical option is usually to come to IRIS Technologies for training.
With some advance scheduling, we can easily host customer training sessions for
any of our products at our coroporate headquarters in western Pennsylvania.
This can be arranged for a minimal fee.
Training at Your Facility
You can also arrange to have one of our sales or technical support representatives
perform training sessions at your location.
Although we charge a premium for this service it is available.
Talk to Your IRIS Sales Representative
If you are considering a need for customer training, talk to your IRIS Technologies
sales representative about your options for scheduling and cost.
But talk to your representative first about whether you need a training program in
order to meet your needs.
